We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in Alicante and lead sales efforts in the Spanish market. You’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing relationships with top-tier enterprises and government organizations. What You’ll Do

‍

• Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Coosto’s presence in the Spanish market.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring every lead is maximized.
• Develop inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into SQLs and deals.
• Work with key decision-makers in enterprise and government organizations, demonstrating how Coosto delivers value tailored to their needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline with precision, leveraging CRM tools to track performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success and seamless onboarding.
• Represent Coosto at events, meetings, and other key engagements to expand our market presence.

What you bring

‍

• A proven track record with 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Executive, ideally in SaaS or subscription-based software.
• Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound sales.
• A robust network within the customer service industry or related sectors is a big plus.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
• Hands-on, tactical approach to sales with the ability to deliver results.
• Self-starter with a positive mindset, ambition to win, and the ability to create opportunities where others see challenges.
